We ship Little Links orders across Australia and New Zealand.
Order Processing
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, including Christmas and promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Australian Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take longer
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Any delivery estimates we provide are intended to be realistic; Australian Consumer Law requires businesses not to make misleading claims about shipping or delivery times.
New Zealand Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you'll receive your tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumers retain their statutory consumer guarantees.
